No, they need opportunities to lead from a new mindset : the digital mindset.

We talk about human resources, marketing , customer service , process sales … Today you can not lead or manage the strategy of an area without incorporating the capabilities offered by the new digital reality.

The information technology not only are already everywhere , but also as a key element market differentiation , growth and profitability.
It is therefore time for managers from all areas of the organization to understand the key-role that technology plays in the strategy,  even the business model and use them the right way to achieve success .
